1. Prices & Measurements

  • All prices are Wholesale Net F.O.B. Dallas, Texas.
  • Because we deal in an ever-changing market, all prices, minimums and case pack quantities are subject to change without notice.
  • Our inventory is constantly being replenished throughout the year. As a result, some items are “while supplies last.”
  • It is possible that a similar product may be substituted for your convenience.
  • All measurements are approximate inside measurements.

2. Order Minimums

  • $150.00 Minimum initial order.
  • $150.00 Minimum reorder.

3. Payment Terms

  • Credit Cards are the preferred method of payment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

4. Net 30 Terms

  • Customers with established Net-30 terms or customers who want to pay by check must call the office at 1-800-383-3338 to place an order.

5. COD

  • Vast America does not accept COD orders.

6. Claims

  • All damage or shortage claims must be made within seven (7) days upon receipt of the merchandise.
  • Call our office directly at 1-800-383-3338-to report any damage or shortage.

7. Shipping

  • The preferred ground carrier for Vast America is UPS.

8. Disclaimer

  • All agreements are contingent on strikes, fire, floods, accidents, war, insurrection, lockouts, breakdown of machinery, perils of the sea, acts of God, delay of carriers, vendor delays, customs holds and other delays that are unavoidable or beyond our control. Our liability extends only to the original cost of the product.
